What you need:
-Shoes (I like going to a 2nd hand store or a Wal-Mart/Zellers type store for DIY shoes
-Glue
-Peacock feathers
Cut the feathers into the style you like, and glue on!
One Feather Each
OR try adding two, I personally liked the two feather look.
What do you prefer?
Also try, flipping the feathers around the other way if you don't like the frays hanging off the shoe, and glue them down.
