Today is a holiday for me and I am loving just being able to relax and not go into work on a Monday. With that being said, having the extra free time lead to a perfect time for some DIYing. I got this really pretty pink/purple ribbon from my latest GLOSSYBOX (post to come) and being the little bit of a hoarder I am with craft supplies I couldn't throw it out. It is very simple to make!
What you need: thread, ribbon, chain, needle, clasp, pearl beads
1. Fold over the ribbon through the chain and sew it down.
2. Feed the ribbon through the chain and repeat step one to the other side on the chain/ribbon.
3/4. Using the needle and thread sew down the ribbon adding in pearls where you want.

This is too cute! Will definitely try it out sometime! x
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea.It looks really lovely and pretty :) xx
ReplyDeleteThis is really pretty and it looks super easy. Where do you find your chains?

I usually buy them at Michaels craft store (if you try there make sure you get the 40% off coupon from their website) or you can try ebay, I find great supplies there. Just can't be in a rush to get the specific item since it could take 2 weeks to get it sometimes.
DeleteI love it! So sweet and delicate. Great job.
