Toronto Raptors Red Party Remix 2013

The past weekend I was lucky enough to attend the Toronto Raptors Red Party Remix event. It was held at the Ballroom in Toronto, ON. I know you're are probably thinking...Oh! The Ballroom must be a fancy place but it's actually a bowling alley and I think it was the best place they could have held the event.

We received our platinum passes that allowed us access to every part of the event and headed in. The first thing I saw was the grilled cheese station, which was the most brilliant idea in my opinion (I ate 3). Besides the grilled cheese station, the bowling allies were downstairs where everyone had the opportunity to play game with the Raptors themselves. Even The Raptor (their mascot) was in attendance taking photos with everyone.

Upstairs was for the platinum attendees and included a full on feast that reminded me of a Thanksgiving Dinner. You would never starve at this event. An open bar was also included and they had a signature drink of the night named The Velciraptor. Upstairs also had a make-up touch of booth (which you know I took full advantage of), a photo area where you could try on raptors clothing and have your picture taken and the chance to challenge a Raptor to a game of ping pong.

Overall, it was an awesome night and I hope I can attend again next year. I got to meet Quincy & Aaron.
